The evening's celebration starts at 5:30 as you enter a room that will remind you of a Scottish Laird's Great Hall, with a traditional welcome by a piper. Seating is semi-banquet style, so you will probably make some new friends over the course of the evening.
About 6pm. after a brief welcome by the master of ceremonies, John Lang, you will taste a specially selected sample of cheese and fruit and your first whisky, while listening to “Mason's Tender”.
The meal will progress in a leisurely fashion, with lots of time to chat, ask questions and take in the various new experiences.
Under the watchful eye of Chef Dirk, you will have lots of time to enjoy the various courses without feeling rushed or that you are waiting too long all the while being entertained by Mason's Tender and being educated by John. From time to time John will hold a draw for some of the fabulous door prizes. Think Scottish and Whisky!!
You will find that the atmosphere is both intimate and relaxing as attendance has been limited to only sixty-four seats.
